Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all coaching services offered by Annick Doza, including in-person sessions and online programs. The purpose of this policy is to ensure a respectful and efficient use of time for both the coach and the client, while maintaining flexibility to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. ✅ 1. Session Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests must be made via email, WhatsApp, or through the agreed communication channel. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered missed and counted as used. 🚫 2. Missed Sessions If a client misses a session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Repeated missed sessions may result in a review of the coaching agreement to ensure mutual commitment. 💰 3. Cancellation of Complete Coaching Programs For clients enrolled in a complete coaching program (such as The Clarity Map or Legendary Journey), the following cancellation terms apply: Before the first session: Clients who cancel their program before the first session will receive a refund minus a €50 administrative fee to cover preparation costs. After the first session: No refunds will be provided once the first session has been conducted, as the coaching process has already begun. ⚖️ 4. Cancellation of Pay-Per-Session Appointments Clients who opt for a pay-per-session model may cancel their session with at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds will be provided for missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours' notice. 🔄 5. Emergency Cancellations In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the coach’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate any urgent situations as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. 📧 6.
