Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellations, waitlisted participants will be notified via email in the order of their waitlist position. Waitlisted participants will have 24 hours to confirm their attendance once notified. If a waitlisted participant fails to confirm within the specified time frame, the next participant on the waitlist will be contacted.
